Batman #234 First Silver Age Two-Face. Key Issue. VG/VG+ Range (4.0)

I’m a private collector, occasionally selling my PC. Not a professional grader but after 35 years of buying books, this looks a 4.0 to me. Crease on top right, crease and minor chip missing, right/middle cover. Chip missing on bottom right cover. Has severe crease on back cover, minor spine ticks. Has never been cleaned or pressed. Presents better than its condition. All books are kept in Proline Mylar with 56pt boards. Will ship in Gemini box.
