5 black Colorforms backings - they are glossy and have outlines of the different Colorforms that are included. There are two pictures -- one with the Colorforms on them and the other without. As you can see from the pictures there are a few areas where it looks like maybe one of the Colorforms was peel off and took the black glossy surface with it.
