This is the Tholian Web Spinner from Star Trek: Enterprise. This is the more detailed version of the starship that was originally seen in Star Trek: The Original Series. This is issue#27 of the Star Trek Starships Collection and comes complete with the magazine. The starship itself has not left the box and the stand still has the plastic wrapping on it.
