Nazthák and the Shadow of Rhudaur Heroes of Angmar. Nazthák was a veteran Orc captain in the service of the Witch-king of Angmar, who managed to survive for years longer than many of his kind, making use of whatever he could find on the bodies of the fallen to aid in the battles raging around him.
