New, never removed from original packaging, which is unusual for a 28 year old toy. Some neat retail history on this guy; check the last photo! Lol. Figures without the box are selling for $20-$25 on the Bay, so this price is nice, if you want a complete toy that has never left the packaging, which is in excellent condition.
