This is the Siege of Gondor Sourcebook for the Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game. (Now MESBG) that came out in 2004. This book fleshed out seiges and introduced new heroes and units for Gondor and Mordor. Although the current edition of MESBG has different stats for each model, but all the narrative scenarios would still be playable with the new rules.
