I was thoroughly impressed with the film's impressive visuals, particularly when paired with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story on a 4K projector. The rich colors and true-to-original tonal curves of this 20th Century Fox grading add an extra layer of depth to the picture. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a classic sci-fi experience.

The studio's attention to detail is evident in every frame, from the nuanced performances to the meticulously crafted sound design. The Atmos soundtrack is particularly effective, immersing viewers in the world of space battles and other pivotal scenes with added depth.

While some might find the lackluster Dolby Vision output a drawback, I found that it actually enhanced my viewing experience by bringing out the film's best qualities. I've always been fond of this particular version, which brings out its full range of tones and textures.

One minor quibble is that adding brightness from Dolby Vision can sometimes overpower the natural contrast of certain scenes - a trade-off for increased shadow details in other cases. My preference lies with the HDR variant, but ultimately, I think it's worth the investment to own this beloved film as part of your collection.
