It follows the exploits of Jedi Master Gallia and alien pirate Nym, who forge an alliance against the evil Captain Cavik Toth and the Trade Federation. This allows for the two-player, co-operative mode, which, in turn, introduces other supporting characters to the proceedings, such as Reti - a Toydarian, and Jinkins - Nym's right-hand man.
