Use with fondant, sugar paste, marzipan, cookie dough (keep a separate tool for non-food/clay). 3mm gap between cutter and stamp. Sharp cutter. Roll fondant/sugar paste to3–4 mm, dust lightly, press straight down with even pressure, lift vertically, then cut.
