This Animal PEZ dispenser is new, unfortunately, due to age, the glue holding the packaging together came apart. I no longer have the plastic that goes over the top. The only packaging that is included is the printed paper backing. The dispenser is in mint condition and works perfectly. Candy has never been inserted into this dispenser.
