1995 Tyco Talking Tickle Me Elmo. Good overall condition although his eyes have yellowed and he no longer vibrates while talking. Talking element still works as it should, will require 3 x AA batteries (not supplied). voice box and battery compartment is found inside the toy via velcro on his back .
