New old stock This piece is listed as used due to the condition of the box as it has storage wear and dust and time has got to it being in storage for so long and having this open style packaging However it is factory sealed in original packaging the actual figure is in good condition for a vintage piece like this save for a few marks on the face area this would be perfect for display once its had a wipe over vinyl collectable large 5.5 inches
